All three are addressed: 1. Rebased on develop and moved the migration to 0276. 2. Approve and reject additional shares no longer accept payment detail fields. Added a test that checks they're rejected. 3. The initial purchase now accepts payment detail when the account is submitted, and it's kept if the application is modified before approval.
