Review Comment:
   Currently in speculative execution, we will only update `currentExecution` 
in cases below:
   - the execution vertex is created or reset, a new execution will be created 
and assigned to `currentExecution`
   - the `currentExecution` is failed/canceled, the next execution in 
`currentExecutions` will take over the place
   
   Updating at each updateTaskExecutionState is more frequent is not necessary.
