Review Comment:
   If we extend Predicate<TraitContext> to inherit and(), or(), negate() those 
return Predicate not TraitCondition, so composition breaks
   
   Also, we can't simply use Predicate because we need it to be serializable, 
since these are stored. I think we'll have to go with the TraitCondition as it 
is
