I agree, getting multiple monitor support functional is important, even with a
sub-optimal user experience. If there are strong concerns about confusing
people or having a rough interface, the feature could be hidden unless
explicitly enabled by the admin/user.
This is the biggest barrier to widespread use of guacamole in my organization.
A single screen is fine for when I am using it for remote admin, but day to day
remote users need multiple monitors.
