Chatting w/ Benoit, its kinda crazy having to look at start of row/start of
family before trusting found cell. What if we went back to the old scheme
where we added a delete for every cell deleted so if you deleted a row it'd add
a delete marker for every value in that row? Deletes of rows or column
familiies would be expensive but so what...
