I'd really like a better plan around isolating our downstream clients from
Hadoop before we update to Hadoop 2.6.0. I haven't done a thorough check yet,
but e.g. it brings in Xerces as a transitive dependency (it shows up in
downstream-facing hbase-server and hbase-testing-util and our assembled lib
directory).
