Edit: Instantiating OnlineSlowLogProvider() doesn't mean that we are
initializing ring buffer. Whether to create ring buffer is internal imp of
OnlineSlowLogProvider. Hence, we create object of OnlineSlowLogProvider and
then continue using get_slow_responses shell command.
