There was a jira Stack was working on where we are not able to get the
TableDesc from HM and so going with defaults for compression/Bloom etc. Not
sure whether that is in. The discuss there was to do that as a fallback. If TD
is available use these configs from it. So this not setting Bloom is a miss?
