bq. hfile needs 3 NN RPCs to bulkload during 
openRegion(validate、rename、createReader)
The validate part - Validation we might have to do because we directly write to 
the recovered.hfiles path. Not to a temp path and then rename. 
But currently rename operation is not there na in this path ? We only create a 
reader right?
