The failed UTs are TestMasterFailoverWithProcedures,
TestMergesSplitsAddToTracker, TestSplitTableRegionProcedure,
TestReplicationMetricsforUI.
The jdk11 failure is expected, our build scripts will idenfity
HBASE-26067-branch-2 as a feature branch which based on master, so it will not
add -Dhadoop.profile=3.0 when executing maven so it will lead to a failure.
Let me take a look at these UTs.
