**[bug]** The Portuguese accents were escaped as the UTF-8 bytes of those
characters (`\u00C3\u00A1` and the same pattern for é, ç, ã, and ê). A
`.properties` `\u` escape is a Unicode code point, so the tooltip renders as
mojibake (`Tempo máximo`, `é alcançado`, `execução`, `Você`) instead of
the correct text that was already in this line.
**Suggestion:** Keep the previous UTF-8 wording, or escape the real code
points (`\u00E1` for á, `\u00E9` for é, `\u00E7` for ç, `\u00E3` for ã,
`\u00EA` for ê).
**[nit]** The same line still shows the variable example as `'$ {MAX WAIT
MS}'`, with a space after `$` and spaces in the name. Hop only resolves
`'${MAX_WAIT_MS}'`.
