### What needs to happen?
Every transform page should show the "Supported Engines" box, which comes
from the `:page-engines:` header attribute.
1. Missing on 11 transform pages (all added in the last months):
embedtext, extractgraph, jms-consumer, jms-producer, pgvector-search,
pgvector-upsert, plugincatalog, redis-input, redis-output, structuredextract,
textchunker.
(salesforce-connection, salesforce-fields and salesforce-settings have
none either, but they are fragments included by the Salesforce pages, not
transforms.)
2. The values on the other 265 pages are not consistent:
- Beam Spark/Flink/Dataflow are "maybe" on about half of the pages (139).
- Native Spark uses four values: yes, no, maybe and "native" (11 pages),
the last one undocumented.
- Beam Direct is listed on 8 pages only.
The transform plugins can already declare their supported engines in code
(`supportedEngines` / `excludedEngines` on `@Transform`, see the developer
manual's "Engine compatibility" page). The values in the docs should match what
the code declares, and ideally be generated from it so they don't drift.
