Fixes #2591 Adds a page on action results under Workflows (workflow/action-results.adoc), linked from the navigation and from the Workflows overview: - What a result holds: success or failure (and the hop it makes the workflow follow), the metrics, the result rows and the result files. - Actions that don't evaluate a result (Start, Dummy, Delete execution information, Snowflake warehouse manager) only follow unconditional hops. - How it is passed on: each action receives a copy of the previous result; the error count is reset before every action except Abort, JavaScript, Join, Write to log and Wait for; parallel branches start without result rows. - What the Pipeline and Workflow actions do with it: metrics come from what they ran (in a pipeline, errors are summed and line counts are the highest of any transform), result files accumulate, result rows are replaced or passed on, plus the "Execute for every result row", "Copy results to parameters" and "Clear results rows/files" options. - A table of the transforms and actions that write and read result rows, files and metrics, linking to their pages. - A short example. Also fixes the Workflow action page, which named two options differently from its dialog: "Execute for every result row" and "Copy results to parameters". - [x] Run `mvn clean install apache-rat:check` to make sure basic checks pass. A more thorough check will be performed on your pull request automatically. - [x] If you have a group of commits related to the same change, please squash your commits into one and force push your branch using `git rebase -i`. - [x] Mention the appropriate issue in your description (for example: `addresses #123`), if applicable.
