### What happened?
Found while testing hop-conf (2.20.0-SNAPSHOT, current main):
- Every hop-conf command, even an unrelated one like `-pl`, writes
`searchAsYouType: true` and `includeProjectTextFiles: true` to
`hop-config.json`, undoing the user's choice in Hop Gui.
`--no-search-as-you-type` has no effect either. Cause: in `SearchConfigPlugin`,
both fields are initialised to `true` instead of `null`, so `handleOption()`
always saves them.
- `--environment-create` with a configuration file that doesn't exist yet
logs `ERROR: Configuration file '…' does not exist to read variables from.`,
then creates the file and succeeds. In a script this looks like a failure.
- Every run prints "Validate database connections on save is now
enabled/disabled" and "Linter configuration updated" without those options
being passed. They re-save the existing values, but the messages suggest
something changed.
- `--project-delete` prints `Project 'name was removed from the
configuration`: the closing quote is missing.
- The `@Variable` description of `HOP_CONFIG_FOLDER` in `Const.java` is
copied from the audit folder variable ("The name of the history folder in which
the Hop local audit manager saves data").
