When the Mail action refers to a Mail server connection that does not exist, `load()` returns null and the workflow stopped with a NullPointerException on `connection.getSession()`. The action now logs that the connection could not be found, sets an error and returns false, as it already does when no SMTP host is set, so the failure hop is followed.
