I actually need to rethink this a little, `join()` won't throw an exception
when it hits the timeout. As an aside, the REST catalog timeout is also 1 min
[here](https://github.com/apache/iceberg/blob/63af974efe51486c89bff8df5416781ab3181976/core/src/main/java/org/apache/iceberg/rest/RESTSessionCatalog.java#L665).
