[~ptupitsyn] Hi! Here are latest TC build results. It seems OK for me. However,
there is one fxcop warning about too common catch and swallow exceptions in
Dispose in TransactionCollectionImpl. I'm considering this as false positive.
Dispose should not throw any error and I wanna dispose all transactions in any
circumstances. Your thoughts?
