If I have the correct understanding here, this is really scary and gives users
a very easy way to shoot themselves in the foot. Also, this exposes the
"zookeeper" bit as a public API and relies on things like - zk paths being
guaranteed to not change. ZK paths should be implementation details and users
shouldn't have anything to do with those. The cluster state, overseer status
APIs are what still make sense, but this raw API doesn't sound right to me.
