I just marked tests as solid but actually I just opened up a little can of
grubs around shutdown, so that indicator is more where I think the branch is
than a final state - adding rules or changing things to cause more fails is
still in the cards, though I am approaching the end of the tail. I still have
to at last hit aliases, async calls, and hopefully not too much more for the
base work, other than continuing to grind tests down. I'll work through those
timeley shutdown issues later today.
