So I think likely the most sensible approach is to make this Solr 10, reconcile
it with master, unignore the rest of the tests, address the Nightly run and
make it first class, so whatever else people find out needs to be done ore are
working on, and then as proposed by Houston, release Solr 10 with the same
version of Lucene to allow for a reasonably easy upgrade path.
