OK, now i understand: the per module javadocs have no idea how to link to other
javadocs. All external links should disabled here - we decided on that already.
Du to some bug/fallback it looks like it uses absolute directories.
IMHO, per-module Maven javadocs should be free of any references to the
outside, as those should be consumed by IDEs only.
