Review comment:
       One of the reasons why we decided to put the keys one at at a time was 
that we could only insert the keys that were not present in the cache. 
[Discussion in previous 
PR](https://github.com/apache/lucene-solr/pull/2247#discussion_r574162026)
   If we decided to bulk insert keys into the cache we will reinsert keys that 
were already present.
   
   The good news is that there is already a `putAll` bulk kinda API for the 
cache
