Review comment:
       I actually did not understand the "wrapped as an LRU" part of this 
preexisting comment.
   Could you elaborate a bit?
   Hppc has an existing class called `IntObjectHashMap` but it does not have 
the provisions to act as a cache today. When you insert a new key it allocates 
new memory and then adds the key.
   
   On the other hand, the existing `LinkedHashMap` behaves as a cache but 
replacing the LRU key
