Phew -- this is a false alarm -- we just renamed the tasks so we could separately test AND and OR. Previously it was `CombinedHighHigh` and `CombinedHighMed` and always OR. Then https://github.com/mikemccand/luceneutil/commit/2cbce924b6684c6fe55e62a52b45a95832ec1f2a added AND as well and renamed to `CombinedAnd/OrHighHigh`, etc. Phew!
