   Insanely, I also lost a hard drive in my TrueNAS filer!  It's a large (10 
drives) RAIDZ2 ZFS array so I still have one more drive of parity/safety... and 
I don't dare bring the filer down to swap in new drive in case nightly 
benchmark somehow relies on it... I don't think it does (`beast3` should have 
local copies of all benchy data), but, still... so filer has to limp along, 
DEGRADED, until we get to the bottom of benchy horror show!
   
   Also last week I had a bad DIMM in another (older, Skylake era) dev box and 
managed to isolate which DIMM (thank you @rmuir for `MemTest86+` pointers) and 
evict it and now running with only 3/4 RAM since those DIMMs are ancient and I 
have no hot spare.  And this is non-ECC RAM so, surprise!, all sorts of random 
problems were happening on that old box for months until I thought "maybe one 
of the RAM sticks went bad".  I feel these things are all coordinating and 
ganging up on me!
