I've been checking the behaviour of the bot ([ref](https://github.com/apache/lucene/actions/workflows/backport.yml)). [Here](https://github.com/apache/lucene/actions/runs/23407375381/job/68088535645) is an example of a run that should create a backport CR and [here](https://github.com/apache/lucene/actions/runs/23411556474/job/68099546481) is one that shouldn't.
