This kind of change should be made consistent with both Archiva and Continuum.
I personally favor having the logo in the top left be linked to that specific
Archiva installation's home URL.
We can use the breadcrumb bar to link the Archiva project website.
As for configuring the logo, that should be separated out from this jira and a
new one created.
