Archetypes currently available in maven repos generates 1.7 bytecode, which is
no lnger valid for jdk21, and no one shoudl be using jdk7 any more.
The minimal steps is to fix

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MARCHETYPES-78
In theory nothing more is needed
