Closes #244 `checkArtifact` compared with `actualLength.equals(referenceLength)` and `actualSha512.equals(referenceSha512)`, so a freshly generated buildinfo without a `.length` or `.checksums.sha512` entry failed with a NullPointerException instead of reporting the artifact as mismatched.
