Closes #13528 Replace the default Maven 4 mojo configurator with a direct `XmlNode`-based configurator, and remove the unused BeanConfigurator API and its Plexus-based implementation. Keep the Maven 3 `basic` configurator path unchanged. The configurator handles scalar values, collections, maps, nested beans, records, implementation hints, expression evaluation, and path alignment. Validation: `git diff --check` passed. Compilation was attempted but blocked by an unavailable offline dependency (`org.jline:jline-terminal-ffm:4.4.8`). Tests were not run. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
