Fixes #48 and #58. On timeout the forked executor destroys the whole process tree through `ProcessHandle` (by reflection, so the Java 8 build still compiles), taking a fresh snapshot of the descendants while it destroys them, and throws `ExecutorTimeoutException` carrying a bounded tail of the output grabbed so far. A test runs a process that hangs and checks both. This replaces #56 and carries the commits of the closed #64, rebased on `main`. It conflicts with #83 in the `InterruptedException` handler, and with #55 in `ProcessBuilderExecutorSupportTest`; whichever merges second needs a small rebase.
