Adds new modules:
- maven-api-log: LogEvent, LogLevel, Logger, LogSink public API
- maven-logging: DefaultLogEvent, DefaultLogger, MavenSimpleLogger
- maven-logging-jul: JUL handler bridging to LogSink
- maven-logging-slf4j: SLF4J bridge (MavenSimpleLogger, utils)
Design:
- LogEvent carries raw data only: message, level, timestamp, throwable,
threadName, sourceClass/Method, projectId, mojoId, messageTemplate/Args
- No stackTrace() on the interface: Throwable is the primary artifact;
consumers that need a formatted trace use throwable() directly
- SimpleBuildEventListener formats throwable via StringWriter and routes
through the configured output sink (needed for log.txt / ITs)
