Copying and pasting a chart to a new sheet results in data link loss with the
original cells (data appears to be stored in its own embedded table).
The user must be able to create a chart on a new sheet (or move a chart to a
new sheet), otherwise it makes it very difficult to print charts consistently
(as the page layout changes every time the original data sheet is updated).
