It is unfortunate that you are under time pressure. Volunteers have many priorities to juggle and it is necessary to rely on the generosity of strangers [;<). Unfortunately, this is not a real-time communication mechanism. PS: Uninstalling and reinstalling AOO is rarely a solution to anything.
