I.e., a single cell, what was in it, what was the type of the cell (i.e., format), and what was the value that copied to the clipboard? (2) What was text in Notepad that you then copied to the clipboard and which did not show up when pasted into the open Calc sheet. Was this into a single cell or a selection of cells? - Dennis PS: Pasting does not clear the clipboard, copying something new tends to replace what is on the clipboard. The clipboard has a kind of cache. PPS: If you get this to reproduce again, another test is 5. After pasting from Calc, close Calc and reopen it. See if a copy back from Notepad then works correctly.
