Following up on the suggestion to centralize a total-aware selector in `FileStoreScan`: #302 does that for the key-value scan with a smaller footprint (no changes under `include/`, the entry cache stays keyed per bucket, candidate buckets come from the bucket numbers in the schema history, and every entry is checked against its own `total_buckets`). Once #302 lands I will rebase this PR onto it so that `AppendOnlyFileStoreScan` only installs a selector the same way and the remaining diff is the append coverage. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
