[[email protected]] I thought so too, but in practice when i tried it, it ended
up considering -D as a tool specific argument and kept erroring out. Since the
IndexTool is also used through the IndexUpgradeTool, i thought having the
functionality in IndexTool itself would cover our bases and enable us to move
forward quickly.
