It depends :)
If the API changes do not affect Phoenix, then it takes about an hour to copy
the compat module, and and adjust the POMs.
If there are many/tricky API changes, it may take days to adopt the code to
them.
Most likely it's about a one day job.
No promises, but I may be able to look at it sometime next week.
