@ritegarg @jpisaac Should we keep a reference to the ServerMetadataCache
instance in PhoenixRegionServerEndpoint? We can initialize the reference in the
endpoint's `start` method and maybe fail the loading of the endpoint if the
initialization fails? Although I am not sure if the regionserver startup fails
in the case. WDYT?
