Update: Updating the Spec and generating the new Iceberg REST 1.8 compatible changes should come separately before we expose the ETag API. As such, while the functionality has been implemented, I've removed ETag support from the API. I have disabled the relevant tests for now. This change should be followed up by: * Work to update the rest spec to 1.8 * Re-enabling support for the `If-None-Match` header on `loadTable` This should allow the logic to not get out of date for now with other changes to Polaris, while giving room to follow up with necessary changes to upgrade the version of the Iceberg REST spec we support. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
