Missing dot at the end of the sentence. Also, it would be useful to document
why we need that pattern instead of parsing with `java.net.URI`. Does S3 URI
has a special syntax that cannot be parsed as [RFC
2396](https://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2396.txt)?
