Quick status check on this PR — the current diff now covers all three previously-flagged gaps: source tarball generation (§2, `git archive` + the four Gradle JARs) addresses Jan's 2026-09-18 ask, and the §4 vote-thread mechanics (72-hour minimum, `[VOTE]`/`[RESULT]` templates) and §5 publish/announce section (versioned `downloads.apache.org/solr/mcp/<version>/` path, plus a note that ATR's Finish/Publish action handles the dev→release SVN move so no separate manual step is needed) address the gaps from the 2026-09-13 status comment. One thing worth flagging: the PR still shows changes-requested from Jan's 2026-07-29 review, which predates the source-tarball and vote/publish sections being added — might be worth asking for a fresh look now that the content has moved on significantly. Also noting Eric's own `**ERIC FIND THIS OUT**` TODO on whether ATR's announcement action sends the release email itself is still open in the current diff — not something I'm resolving here, just flagging it's still outstanding.
