Think this was discussed quite a bit on 776 and in the offline discussions.
There is an unnecessary perf penalty from using ODR for OneToOne - more than
50% higher CPU. The processing on the central dispatcher is trivial - adding to
a list vs sending to a single task.
I'll work on this later today, or early next week and post a patch. Hoping it's
fairly straightforward - pulling in OneToOne from earlier.
