Tested the patch with a noop example which waits for the OneToOne input to
become ready - with both modes. The regular OneToOne routing is what it was
before 776 - which was working with Pig. The OnDemand implementation has
already been tested with Pig. [~hitesh] - please re-review. Asked [~rohini] for
help running some pig jobs, but I think this is good to go in without that.
