- might be good to retain checkState() like functionality in
OneToOneEdgeManager
- naming convention - s/OneToOneEdgeManagerODR/OneToOneEdgeManagerOnDemand/ ?
Mostly looks good.
Would be good to run a couple of large jobs ( pig scripts that use 1:1 ) with
the config flag enabled/disabled for basic sanity checks.
