It seems that the src.tar.gz file is created manually by the RM using the
following instructions:
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/TEZ/Making+a+TEZ+Release#MakingaTEZRelease-CreateaReleasetarballfortheSource
Apart from updating the instructions to exclude this particular file, I don't
know if there is something more we can do at this stage. However, this may lead
to test failures when compiling the source distribution so we should probably
do something more elaborate.
