Generating the file and deleting after the test is how these kind of tests
should be written although I know that this is not always easy/feasible. It's
general not safe to copy binaries and more importantly redistribute them
without knowing much about their content.
If you think that removing the file altogether (and nuking out the test) is the
best path forward let me know and I will update the PR.
