I can see the image with Acrobat Reader 5.0 although not the correct one. I
see a big black box with the word "black" in gray. Gs only gives a black
box. For your information I tried to insert the image using Acrobat 4.0 and
it gave an error of unsupported file type.
I suspect that something else is missing, like a calibrated colospace. Did
you try to export the image to pdf directly from Photoshop?
