Hello Leonard,
Thanks .  What we are looking for is something which  seems blank to users
when they open it. Actually , there is no question of annoataion or field ,
as these are converted to pdf file from scanned image. So is there any way
, we can determine  that a page  is white image with no standard content .
doesn't matter if it has annotation or fields.

         Because the definition of "blank" can vary.

         Is a page that contains an all white image blank?  What
about one where the content is outside the visible region?  Or one
with no standard contents, but with fields and annotations?

         You need to first define what "blank" means in all aspects
of what can be rendered onto a page by PDF....THEN you can start to
determine how to programmatically find these things.

         So yes, it IS difficult....must it's also VERY well defined...
