I am trying to create an index to the contents of my pdf. I looked at the
book to find out how to create it, but I have no clear and I don´t know how
to create it. Please I need help.
The type of index that need it the next.
1. Text pag x
2. Text pag x
2.1 text pag x
2.2 text pag x
2.3 text pag x
2.3.1 text pag x
3. Text pag x
.
.
. Etc.
The text color would be red
